Yes. NeverMiss uses standard conditional call forwarding (CFNA — "forward when no answer"), which every UK carrier supports. We give you the exact code or PBX setting to enable for your specific provider — BT, Sky, Virgin, 3CX, RingCentral, BT Cloud Voice, and most others. If you have an unusual setup, we'll figure it out during onboarding.
The AI is built to fail gracefully. If a caller is hostile, off-topic, or the conversation goes off the rails, it stops asking questions, captures whatever it has, and flags the lead as needs human follow-up in your sheet. It will not argue, apologise repeatedly, or invent answers it doesn't know.
No — and that's deliberate. NeverMiss is a qualifier, not a booker. It captures the problem, postcode, and urgency, then hands the lead to you. Quoting and booking stay with you, where the liability and judgement belong.
If Twilio is down, the call still rings on your business number — NeverMiss only kicks in after you don't pick up. The worst case during an outage is the same as not having NeverMiss at all: the caller gets voicemail or rings off. We monitor status and will notify you of any extended outage. Typically live within one working day of payment. The bottleneck is usually you enabling the call-forwarding code on your line — once that's done, we test together over a couple of calls and you're running.
Because we don't want to lock you in if it's not working. If you're getting value, you'll keep paying. If you're not, we'd rather you cancel and tell us why than feel trapped. We'll add an annual plan if enough customers ask for it — not before.
